"Been to Harbor Freight many of times. First time though in the one in Turlock. NEVER again. The guy that helped me was a complete duche. Rude and very condescending. He should be nowhere near the public. The gentleman at the register on my way out was super nice. Needless to say I bought NOTHING in that store, and decided to order on Amazon instead"
"This is a nice clean store, however, their customer service is really lacking. They had 2 people on register and a lot of customers waiting to be helped. Not one person asked if I needed help nor did they explain their discount program. I was looking for something specific but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Prices are good but not sure about the quality of product. I have purchased a pump from them that has worked pretty well, but my issue was mainly the long wait and nobody around to assist."
