"It has gone down in quality. So sad. My boss was served a piece of trout on a white plate with nothing on it. It looked terrible and was so unappetizing he did not make it past a couple bites. You would think he was at a roadside diner. It was so crudely done. And I was being generous giving four stars. The servers are still very kind and thorough as well as the hostess. They do make very unique holiday drinks so a star for those. Thank heavens they have remodeled their restrooms. We are grateful to them staying open despite all of the economic problems and the long shut down. A star for that as well. They are very talented in the kitchen and can do a much better job. In this era of gluten-free, they could exert themselves a wee bit more and have something as an appetizer for those who are allergic. Making gluten-free popovers is not difficult and there could be a menu item for those with dietary concerns. Sadly the great Christmas tree has vanished and in its place is a very cold, without feeling wired string of lights. Neiman Marcus has lost its way. The grandeur and the glory days are gone. The sleek stark heartless clinical modern just doesn't suit the architecture. Without the beautiful tree, there's no need to post photos as it was nothing inspiring with which to make beautiful photo memories. We had gone there every year for many years and our last hope is that they can remember their greatness and know they can do better."

"Upmarket department store for luxury brands. It has huge selection of high fashion and cosmetics. The architectural interior design is exquisite and grandeur! Must visit for a shopping experience or for a photo opportunity."

Notably, it's conveniently situated near other luxury brands, yet I find myself drawn to this store when buying gifts for my loved ones."

"Palatial, glamorous, and extravagant department store with a restaurant. This store is arranged beautifully, with displays from dozens of brands providing a snapshot of each. The basement floor is dedicated to men, while most of the other floors are for women. The ground floor has makeup, skincare products, and you can see all the way to the glass dome. There's also a beautiful restaurant on the fourth floor. Going through the fifth floor is like going through the living rooms of many houses. I highly recommend visiting this place even if you're not going to buy anything. The displays are so beautiful and it's honestly like an art museum."
