"A few weeks ago we had flown in to attend an anniversary celebration in Burlingame. A few hours before the event I realized that I forgot my cardigan, which was part of my outfit. So I searched for a store nearby where I could get a scarf or shawl (bc of cool evenings in summer). This was one of the stores I called, and the person who answered was very delightful, helpful and patient even going so far as to FaceTime with me to show me what they had available. Then also saying they would stay and wait to give me extra time to get there…unfortunately I couldn’t make it (I made my dress work without the extra accessory). But I appreciated this person (I forgot her name) being kind and understanding and just a decent person to try and help out someone in a pinch. This boutique had some lovely and unique items and colors. The other store I called, while friendly, just said no they couldn’t help."
