"Ordered 3 times via their app & the experience was good, except the last one (today). Did a scheduled pick up for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Arrived on time & restaurant said order was not ready. So, I waited for 10+ minutes in the parking lot instructed by the employee. Nobody came to inform of the situation they faced. The restaurant said it never received my online order. Employee refused to serve my order & told me to contact the app developer instead. Seriously? I showed her my credit card was charged, got my email confirmation from Calr's Jr, and the app's screen with my order confirmed. After another 5 minutes debating, she gave in and served my order."

"So far, this is our go to spot. Our burgers are always hot and fresh. Fries are hot sometimes. I pre-order on the app sometimes and get free burgers. It does take time like others say but for a fresh burger I'll wait. I do order a side of onion rings, which are always fresh and a pretty good sized order. The employees I encounter are friendly and always confirm my order and I appreciate their service. They are expensive but so are all the other fast food places. We normally go in the evening, so who ever works that shift, props to you for always having my food fresh and hot."

"On Friday, August 11 the wasn’t even wearing the uniform, gave me attitude at the window When I asked about what sauce they have. and I got my food everything seem to be reheated and wasn’t fresh at all. The cheeseburger’s bread I got was hard and not edible just an all-around terrible experience. They need to shut down the store or get some actual reliable employees."

"Maybe not the staff fault? ...but these people are depressed. You can hear the groan in their voice when you place the order. . . They also "can't" do certain things that other places don't seem to mind...some wrong here. Food is fair. Speed is good. Just sucks the joy outta you... pulled over to do the review. Now my food is cold."

"The place was not busy and I thought I could get something fast before my appointment. My wife and I both ordered steak and egg breakfast combo. It was disappointing and the portion was quite anemic! We had the same combo elsewhere like the one on Quimby Ave and White Rd and have never been disappoint! I don't recommend ordering any breakfast burrito from this place. Maybe the other stuff would be okay."
