"I'm not happy with self ordering. I'm also not happy ordering with someone who works and lives in AMERICA and can't understand English. Now, don't get me wrong, I am all for opportunities, bettering oneself, etc. But if you are going to work a counter job, be able to understate the English language and menu items at least. I've had my order wrong way too many times. Thankfully, today it was OK, but we only ordered one thing. I normally drive across town to get a taco because this one seems to just be different/difficult."
"It is probably one of the best Taco Bells in the Bay Area. Employees, store, food and service are all amazing and consistent. I've been coming here for 10 years and they have never messed my order up, which is pretty amazing for a fast food place. Maybe once they forgot to put in a fork, but that's about it. If corporate is reading this, please give these employees a raise! They deserve it."
