Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They lost all future business from me and my family. So sad."

"I’ve been coming to el nido since I was a child, and I always make a stop here when I’m home! Their chicken soup is my comfort food, especially on a rainy day (add cheese and jalapeños)! Their chips and salsa are delicious, I also love their quesadilla, taco salad, and fajitas! They do great catering my family gets it for every family event we have! Their staff is so nice and welcoming they make you feel like you’re a part of their family!"
