"Read the other reviews. The frustration is real. Ordered via the app for pick up. Get to the pick up counter, no bag. Wait 20 min. Turns out, they gave my order to another customer, who was also waiting for her order to be corrected. Massive waste of time. Amateur hour here, pick up elsewhere if you like the food."

"We online ordered two bowls, one with extra chicken to go. When we picked up the food, it came with two bags. One has one bowl and the other one has two. There was no person around to ask why there were three bowls. Since they are under the same name, we took it home. When we opened it up, one bowl looked so odd that we didn’t dare to touch! We felt it was leftover food! We thought it might be the extra chicken,but it has cheese and a ball of cold rice tainted yellow. It makes the other two bowls , even normal looking, tastes eerily."

"The staff at this restaurant are providing good and quick service. The interior space of the restaurant offers plenty of tables to accommodate a good number of customers. The food consistently meets expectations in terms of quality and taste. I have personally ordered from this place over 30 times as I worked nearby for 6 months. Considering the portion size, quality, and price, it offers great value for money."

"What else can possibly go wrong? After I got there I saw they don’t let customers in and there is a sign says “online order only”. So since it wasn’t worth it to drive 10 min to the next location, I immediately placed my order online. “Will be ready for pick up in 20 min”. Ok. Still bearable. Now I got home and see my order is completely wrong. Whatever I haven’t chosen on online order page, I can find in my salad. Looks like they just did their routine without checking the actual orders. Worst experience with this location. Won’t come back for sure!"
