Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"The paper they use to serve fish n chips and perhaps other dishes is of a very bad quality. If you look at the picture, you can see the red ink fully rubbed off and that ink mixed with my food and is now in my body. The paper also tears into tiny bits and gets into your food. I gave the feedback to the server and asked them to pass it on to management and I hope they do. Writing this here so that there's more visibility and attention by management. These ingested chemicals are really bad for health and can cause long term health issues that one can't even pinpoint. There's no need to serve on the paper -- they can put the food directly on the ceramic serving plate. The service was also really bad -- they repeatedly neglected us and we got really delayed by waiting for ages for forks or to place additional orders. Also the lady who was bussing tables was very rude too, when we asked for to-go boxes."

"First time for us and it was amazing! The attentiveness of the staff, friendliness and hospitality is great. They really strive to make this the best experience for their customers. By far, one of the best customer service experiences we have had at a restaurant! The Donato's meat pizza is delicious. We tried the Avocado and bacon smash and it was good but it needed a bit more of seasoning. Overall, this was a great experience."

"We are a family of 5, and we live very close to this location. As years went by, and over time, we seemed to go less and less for multiple reasons. The service is great when you get the right server. The one thing that has angered us now going there recently is the inconsistencies of food. We order garlic fries, and they come out with parmesan cheese on top that was from a pizzeria. (No garlic or parsley nothing). I got a bacon burger, and they give you small slices of bacon. Okay, whatever, no big deal, but it's the same as Burger King. Both my husband and my 2 year old son got food poisoning. Don't spend your money here. Just go to Burger King or McDonald's. At least you get what you paid for. We spend 20 dollars per person, which is fries Burger and drink. It's not worth it. Save your money. Just no...... we gave this place a redemption meal (2 times in 1 month). We went at least 5 times in the last 6 month. Each time just got worse."

"We visited Red Robin for the first time this past month. We ordered the "Pig Out Tavern" burger and the Red Robin Cheeseburger. Both were fine at best. I was honestly expecting a little more of these "gourmet" burgers. Their endless or bottomless fries are a good deal tho, I enjoyed the garlic variety. As for other sides, the garlic broccoli tasted ok, but no part of our meal felt/looked/seemed fresh. Same story for dessert. We ordered a Freckled Lemonade Cake, only for it to arrive frozen. There's also a fee for fiddling around with the tablet on your table, so be prepared to find an "entertainment fee" of $2.99 on your bill. It's not that it's expensive, I think it would be nice for them to tell you beforehand. We'll probably stick to good old trusty Shake Shack next time."

"Sat down right away on a Tuesday evening around 530. Sat a little long before someone came to take our drink order. We were ready so we ordered our food too. Food was good. Salads are big. Garlic fries are yummy. We all love the Red Robin seasoning salt. This is place everyone can find something they can eat. The poppyseed dressing is good with the fries too. Sometimes parking can be tough. It’s a pretty big lot with a Safeway there but it can get busy with the other establishments."
