Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Its so uncomfortable to walk into a business where its very obvious the workers hate their job. The young man with dark hair making orders shows how much he hates you by how he makes your food. The sour cream was contaminated with corn lettuce and pico degaio and all i asked was for a fresh one and him and Shane the register saw nothing wrong with it. It had a yellow liquid on top im sure that wasnt todays fresh bowl of sour cream. Its really not that difficult of a task to do when you work at a fast food place. I had a other male worker smash my chips bag before giving it to me too he was wearing glasses. The young women who were working here did a spectacular job compared to this team. Im disgusted and feel so uncomfortable coming here their customer service will be reported to management. Thats how bad it is as a customer"

"Our family would order at this location since the kids like the food and it’s easy as a busy family. We’ve finally had it and will no longer go to this location. The staff is extremely rude, 0 customer service and the food is just not prepared properly. Either super spicy or salty, can’t get orders correct (ordered a meal and they added no meat, just rice and pico????) and we’ve just had it. 3-4 times this has happened. Spoke to a ‘manager’ and obviously falls on deaf ears. Recommendation is just NOT GOING. We’ve had it…. New leadership, new processes, and significant training needed, or just close the location."

"Sub par and has been for years. They struggle to keep trained staff despite advertising $19 starting wage. They are frequently out of items. Also apparently the tables are reserved for employees on break. Take out only at this location. They need better management or shut down. Chipotle corporate shouldn’t put up with this."

"First time eating at this location. Here are my feedbacks: Negative: 1. Dirty environment- When walk-in, noticed tables are not clean, lots of left over food on dine in tables, and drink fountain are is worse. 2. Not serving enough on my order - I ordered grilled chick with brown rice, black beans with veggies in a bowl. The portion of food was given as servicing for kid's meal. 3. There were a few staffs working on a week day when visit, only one staff says thanks at check out, others were doing their own thing. Sorry no positive review for this place. Don't have desire to come back again over all."
