"I swear to GOD! This is the WORST Jack in the Box location I have ever been to in my LIFE! SMH. My most recent trip here they gave me BURNT FOOD and that was the last straw for me... I will never eat here again. I've also experienced other annoying things too like getting the INCORRECT order on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, barely being able to hear the workers as they mumble through the speaker taking my order, rude workers just handing me my food without saying enjoy your meal or have a nice day, etc. And the funniest thing of all is this Jack in the Box Suisun location has the NERVE to have a tip jar outside the drive thru window. LOL ! It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever give this Jack in the Box location a tip."

"This drive in location is 24 hours an is a Reputable location food is always fresh. I stay 27 minutes from this location and always when I make it back home. My food is always fresh And I have all condiments...."

"I ordered through the drive through and i ordered 4 meals l. So they gave me a broken cup holder to start off and all the drinks fell in my brand new car seats. Second they told me to park on number 2 to get my order. They didn’t come out until another 10 min and the guy that came out looked high and i ask for a new cup holder and ranch and hot sauce. He came back with the ranch but no cup holder and no hot sauce. So i ask for it again and he comes back looking so high with cup holder and sauce. I come home and they forget a set of fries. Smh and our food was cold. And my sprite!! Looked light brown and not clear!!!!"
