Bab's Delta Diner

"I have been coming to Bab's for years. The breakfast is always served fresh, hot, and seasoned right. Today, I had DJs omelet with bacon instead of sausage and fried rice instead of potatoes. The wait staff and servers treat you like family always very courteous and friendly. They are first come, first served, so usually a wait to be seated. I love to sit and look at the water while waiting. Parking can be limited during busy hours. They have handicap ♿️ parking available in front. Clean and well stocked gender neutral bathroom available. They do have take out and mobile ordering available, but I like to eat it there. Will be back. Highly recommend."

"Tldr: Decent breakfast outpost with tasty food and ok outdoor seating, but below to average service. Full review: Food is actual really good. The pork chops and the chicken fried steak are quite good. The biscuits are on the dry side but the gravy makes up for it. Having fried rice as breakfast is actually a great idea. The combination with grilled potatoes with roasted garlic is quite good. The outdoor dining area is has a nice view to the pier but it can get cold in winter mornings and they won't turn on the heaters. Service-wise, however, your milage may vary. We seated in the outdoor area, and after 15 min a waitress with an cocky attitude came and took our order. When we asked for some sugar for our coffee she virtually threw the sugar container on our table. Such a rude move. She then started to make a lot of noise when she was folding some ourdoor seating chairs without regarding our presence. She didn't turn on the heater either. She seemed to have left the place and they a nice guy came and took over to continue with service. This would have been a great experience if not for that lady. Still, I would recommend this place and may visit again. Next time, if served by same employee, I will call her out."

"This morning, I was in the mood for French toast with some fruit. So we went online to see what restaurants were close by. Bad's Diner was one of four restaurants in the area near the water in Suisun. When we got there, we saw a sign on the door that said no dogs were allowed. However, I have a service dog, and the staff didn't have any issues with that. When we were seated, we had to wait a long time to receive the menu and water. The servers were all really busy, so I understand the delay, but that's why I didn't give the restaurant five stars. Fortunately, Cassey was absolutely amazing and took care of us once she was done serving the other tables. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The food was amazing! I loved the French toast and will definitely come back for more."

"Nice American diner with many breakfast options. Our food was delicious. Our waitress was friendly. We went on a busy weekend so had to wait awhile, but there’s chairs and shades, nice view to look at so it wasn’t bad. Reasonable price for the quantity. The only that bugged me was the number of flies flying around. Plenty of parking available."

"This nice spot had a great "diner" experience. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, which I wondered if this would happen since we were outside. It was very busy and still had enough places inside and out with a short wait on a Sunday morning. Very pleasant being right by the water with boats and the local lighthouse in view. My blueberry pancakes were made with fresh blueberries and coffee was refreshed as needed. I'd go back to Bab's next time I'm in the area :)"
