"Waiting time was minimal. Food was delicious! Francisco was very professional, fun, entertaining and the food was perfectly cooked! Roger was our server and he was very attentive, professional and courteous. He always checked on us and had a great attitude!"

"Very bad experience this time. The chef was not experienced at all, and every dish he served tasted the same. He started off with melting his plastic gloves on the stove. Then, we had to point out that it melted and requested him to clean up the platform. If not for us, we would have been served some molten plastic in our food. Even before the chef came, a plastic plate was put on the top of the hot platform, and again, it started melting. The disregard for food safety was appalling. One of the customers who were seated along with us got an insect in his drink. They gave him a discount when he pointed it out. The chef arrived 30 to 40 minutes after we were seated. Chef forgot to serve the vegetables till the very end, and we had to remind him of that too. My previous experiences with benihana have been better. but I am not visiting ever again."

"A nice place to go with a known and well running concept, overall good food. (But pricey) We have been here a number of times now (special occasions) and the wait time (after your reserved time) varies between 40-60 minutes constantly. This time was one of the worst and with the rush to get through the serving slot at the table, it meant that at the end we waited as long as the dinner itself..."
