"Delicious!! My Baton Rouge grandma would be proud. Perfectly seasoned gumbo, addictive Cajun fries, and the beignets were very both flaky & perfectly dense. I wasn’t drinking, and the bar made me a delicious tart “mocktail” Our group also ordered a few rounds of oysters, and were impressed with how fresh they were."

"Place is smaller than expected. They have a full bar if that is your fancy. We came a bit earlier and there was plenty of space. It quickly filled up after an hour so I would suggest coming a bit early if possible. Staff is very quick to attend to you and that was great. Ordered immediately and they gave us some recommendations. I immediately got the gumbo and I was a bit disappointed on how little of portion they gave you. I would suggest to get the happy hour cup of gumbo. My buddy got the fried chicken and Mac salad and he said the Mac salad was great and the fried chicken was okay."
"Really awesome chicken and waffles with a maple syrup that has some bourbon and butter mixed in. The beignets with the chocolate sauce (seemed like dark chocolate, which I prefer) was also great. The service was good and gave me vibes of watching The Bear."
"We went there because my co worker loved fried chicken. This place has a Louisiana style. If you like fried chicken and mac and cheese, with a good alcoholic beverage, this is your place to go. Very casual, friendly staff and all the fried chicken you want!"
