"It was my first time going to a teppanyaki place and choosing Kimono was definitely the right decision! As soon as you come in, you are greeted by almost all servers inside with a huge smile on their faces. No wait time and was walked to a room where we will be seated. The server was very accommodating and made sure to check in on us even without the need to ask. The chef was very entertaining and the food was very delicious and absolutely exquisite. It was worth every penny!"
"Went for lunch. Had the spicy tuna crunch roll and the monster or mobster roll. They were good with fresh ingredients. The tuna roll was great. The other one was good. It had tempura lobster in it, which seemed fresh and tasty, but, for me, lobster just doesn't go great in tempura or sushi. It was wrapped in a soy wrapper, which I really liked and had not had previously. Service was good too."
"Good food! very nice and happy servers! and im telling you its been a few days now but im still dreaming of their salmon poke! its so good! and the sashimis? i remember the taste exactly like that in japan. oh i could just eat that everyday! and then we also ordered agedashi tofu for appetizer and the steak yakisoba dragon roll and california roll, and for to go volcano and benicia rolls! they were all good! worth the wait. it was valentine’s date night, and even with the reservation we still need to wait for an hour good thing they have a bar and order drinks while you wait like saketini and lychee blossom. i only took pictures of what i ate. it was my first time in this restaurant, totally recommend it and will definitely be back with friends and family!"
