"Heard the food was good here so took the drive from Oakland to check it out. I really needed to use the restroom and to wash my hands. Was told I couldn't use the restroom until I ordered. I told the young lady that I am going to order but I really need to use the restroom. She said no again, I needed to order first. So I left. Not the type of place I want to spend my money at."
"We called because they gave us the wrong order and the girl laughed about it. No apology. Went back for the correct order. By the time my daughter got back with it her nachos were cold and soggy. Not to mention she wasted what little bit of gas she had. They claimed to have remade the nachos before she came back. But I doubt that’s true. If they’re nachos are cold and soggy like that normally then that’s even worse for them for them. We asked for a refund because we weren’t gonna go back a second time and waste more of our time and gas. They made a big deal out of it and only refunded the nachos. Maybe I’m wrong but after all that I feel like we should have gotten a total refund and my daughter still didn’t have any dinner. She laughed over the phone, had a rude attitude, smirked at my daughter when she went back, and pretty much had no empathy or care to keep customers. I’m sure they get enough business without us. But I’m honestly so disgusted I can’t eat my burrito and kinda sad that we won’t be going back there anymore. We used to go there like every other week. They lost good customers and didn’t care anyway."
