"Service was garbage, they cant comprehend the difference between large and small orders. The guy at the window made me sit 5 minutes before he gave me the wrong drink. Turned his back to me and snatched my card from me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE SERVICE!!!!"
"Absolutely ridiculous my husband picked up dinner for the family and the kids meal was missing the burger and only had fries, my husbands order was completely wrong and so was mine. I tried to call to get it taken care of but there was no answer for hours. And this unfortunately has happened in the past as well. Do not waste your time or money with this Wendy's!!!!"
"I placed a mobile order that stated 'paid' and go to the store to pick up food. Upon arrival the manager said my order did not show on her computer. I showed her my mobile order statement on my cell. I also showed her I tried to cancel the order but it showed I can not cancel because it had been processed. The manager did not know how to do customer service properly. I ended up going to MacDonald's to get my food and called my bank to dispute the order. Wendy's should not hire this kind of manager not only because of lost customers, but also company will lose profit."
