"This location has the slowest service of all the many Peet's stores I've visited, causing lines regularly. When I was able to finally order my 1 pound of coffee to be ground, it took way too long as the 2 employees seemed to prioritize other work. I asked if Peet's still gives a free cup for birthdays, as mine was the day before, and I mentioned I didn't receive the notification or add to my Peets acct. The server didn't respond at all. I'm going to switch to a local roasting that sells small batches.Peets has gotten bitter and/or bland, and customer support now outsourced to India only told me to keep waiting when it's already been 13 days for delivery of a pound of limited batch of beans from only a few miles away across a bridge! Peets was sold to a German Investment company that may explain its decline. The online discounts are no longer worth wondering when it will arrive. I bought other beens while waiting for Peets and am disputing the charge to my CC. Bye, bye, Peets!"
"This is by far my favorite Pete's location in the East Bay. I usually stop by early mornings on the weekdays and the morning shift crew are spot on. They always get your order right while working efficiently and greeting you with a smile! The regular patrons love this place as well! The employees know their orders by heart."
"I usually go here and work in my laptop. Like any other Peet’s coffee, they have a good place and good food. It’s very convenient since Walgreens, grocery market, Krispy Kreme, Subway and others are nearby. It’s very convenient and safe. It’s very relaxing and when you look far away, you can see the mountains."
