"Bait and switch! 20% coupon advertised above a rack of Eddie Bauer vests and when I asked about it during check out they said it wasn't eligible. I thought they should honor their sale signs but they refused."

"Unfortunately the current staff & management will blatantly lie to you about listed prices and refuse to honor sales coupons. I understand that nobody here gets paid enough to care about being kind or correcting their price errors - but I'm not exactly raking in the dough either and I wouldn't make such a fuss over one customer asking for fair treatment. I'll gladly drive past this store from here on when I'm looking for (admittedly) cute clothes."

"The prices are so unreasonable. I usually buy the same socks at other departmental stores for $9- $10. The store was overpriced. That explains why I was the only customer. I shop at other Kohl's stores and the prices are not this ridiculous. You can rest assured I'm not returning to this specific location. If you can afford that price....these store is full of pretty good stuff. Shelves are stocked up."

"Great sales everything is cheaper than what the tags say bought some pants for my daughter for Christmas very pleased plan to go back 4/28/21 new I know this year everyone will be watching there spending great time to get birthday gifts and Christmas I bought 2 jeans for $9 plenty of great deals around"
