"Marina is beyond helpful! I was having trouble with USPS delivering my package because it required a signature and she went above and beyond to help me. She even gave me a phone call to let me know my package was delivered back to them and that she sent it back out to me right away and it wouldn't require a signature. Thanks Marina!!!! :)"

"Happy shopper from Portland Oregon! My daughter was down in CA. and picked up a pair of jeans for me from ooh La Loft, she had bought the wrong size & lost the receipt. When I called oh La Loft I had the best customer service I have every experienced in my shopping life. And I do alott of shopping!! I wish I lived closer to this wonderful shop. I will for sure shop online @ Ooh La Loft. Thank You Cehlsea for a wonderful shopping experience. I Love my new jeans"
