"Ordered my food way ahead of time because the normal wait for a simple order has been 45 minutes here lately. I show up to my order being at the pay counter. There's a whole area just for ready orders yet thats not where it was. Stood there waiting while people ordered. I could not see my order because it was blocked by the people ordering. 10 plus managers in there today for some reason. One of the managers called my name. Said they had been waiting for me! Nice change! I always always check my order! I thought since all these managers were there that there was no way my order would be wrong! Got home, and my son's big breakfast with a muffin came with just pancakes!!! You charged me 9 bucks for 3 pancakes!!! We are moving away today or I would have called to get a food credit! Don't let all the managers in there fool ya!! Service is as bad as its always been!!!!"
"One, they took around 25 minutes to bring out my mobile order. I left, realized they forgot to give me my 40 pc nuggets. Drove back for them. No sauce, asked for it. Left, my food became cold, my chicken nuggets were cold n seemed like they had been sitting out. Do better McDonald's."
