"Happy Café Is by far the freshest most made to order fast Chinese food I have ever had. It never disappoints when we decide to either dine in or to take out it is great food and the prices are decent in comparison to the rest of restaurants that sell the "same" type of food. We always only eat there when we want chinese food. Service is great and food is excellent."

"Absolutely disgusting!! By far the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. My gf and I ordered chicken with vegetables, beef chow mein, egg rolls, and white rice. The chicken tasted like boiled white fish, beef was gross, the egg rolls tasted like the fry oil hadn’t been changed in decades, and the rice was dry and stale. The chow mein had more oil than noodles. Other than tasting stale/expired the food had no flavor. We threw the food away and ate elsewhere."

"Food was okay, kind of bland and mediocre. The broccoli beef was pretty good. The wrap on the potstickers was thick and overwhelmed the filling. Food was served hot but they walked by us 3 or 4 times after we told them we were ready to serve people who walked in after we did."

"Service was super quick and attentive. The food quality looked good, but actual taste was bland and lacking definition. The fried rice was dry and tasteless. I didn't taste any crab in the rangoon. The cashier was unable to use a credit card that can't swipe or has a chip. I had to run my own transaction to show her how. Old school and small."
