"I was in drive thru I order a breakfast platter. when I got home it was missing my sausage I tried calling McDonalds and phone sounds busy, I don’t think it’s right they don’t have a functioning phone to speak to a manager."

"I placed an order through the app. Couldn’t find parking on curbside since two cars parked were not for pick up. The two designated spots were not available. Went inside to get my order time was 1:32pm. Got my order until 2:15pm and checked my order before leaving and large fries were half empty. To top it off everything $45 dollars worth of food crammed in one single bag. Asked 3 times if I was able to get a bag and was ignored. On a positive note the nicest cashier young man who was taking the walk in was extremely helpful. Didn’t catch his name but has amazing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s."
"I have big semi truck that I can’t bring inside the drive thru i went to this store 4:30 am in the morning and they don’t let me come in . Almost every other McDonald store understand that semi trucks can’t come by drive thru and they open door for us but this store is hilarious they don’t even understand someone’s problem"
