"I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. She asked if she could help me find a certain product. She went and got the size I needed after being measured by machine. She offered different widths until I was completely comfortable and then after that recommended what insole that would best work for me. She was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable of her job making the whole experience easy. I will definitely make more purchases from this store in the future. Great job and product Red Wing."
