"They had my wife wait almost 4 hours for a 30 minute tire balance and rotation. I understand that they get busy, but most shops keep a bay or 2 open for quick service like this. Making appointments with them has gotten to be difficult because they require you to call to retest an appointment, request one online where you have to wait in them to call you. I miss the days where I could book a specific time. It prevented these kinds of situations. There was miscommunication over dropping the vehicle of that ultimately led to a job undon, a very upset wife, 4 hours wasted, and having to try the same thing another day which is a further waste."

"Went in to get oil change the other day. Service was good but took way to long to get checked in due to not enough employees. I go here all the time for my car needs. Please management don't ruin your good customer service by cutting hours at the front desk. A lot of times us ( customers) don't have time to wait 30 mins just to get checked in. That's a little to long. As that's what we are faced with at the moment at this location. PLEASE KEEP THE 5 STAR EXPERIENCE."
