I wasn't familiar with the area and had to look up a place where I could possibly figure out the issue. Came by this place early morning first thing and they found a nail. They removed it, plugged it and filled the rest of my tires with air within 20 minutes. No issues, $20 up front & very professional."
"Caught a flat tire enroute to my nieces graduation..called the nearest tire shop which was Cortez tires & auto it was discovered I ran over a nail...I was quoted $15 for a tire plug and $25 for a patch..Didn't take long to realize I would be charged for a patch simply because it was more expensive..I asked JOSE why was the patch required although the plug will work..he simply stated "They make more money from patches oppose to plugs... RIDICULOUS..PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB"
