"Loved this food! First visit, just happened to see it after leaving the airport. The food was delicious and plentiful, served on a large platter. I ordered a combo with tamale, tostada, and enchilada. It came with beans and rice too. My husband got steak and chili relleno. Every bite was good, even the leftovers the next day. I will make this a stop when in the city."

"Not a fan of Celia’s in San Bruno. Bad service & bad food. The San Mateo location is better. I ordered Albondigas Soup. The chicken meatballs looked & taste like popcorn balls. The soup consisted of 2 small meatballs, 3 carrot slices & 2 Zucchini rounds. There is a small free parking lot on the side of building. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible & so are the restrooms. There is a full bar for drinks. This is a great family restaurant for those who don’t really know what real Mexican food is suppose to tease like."

"For all the years that I've been in San Bruno, surprisingly this was my first visit to this Celia's. I've been to Daly City and San Mateo. Chips and salsa were warm and a great starter. Huge, but still delicious, portion on their steak picado. Friendly and attentive staff. I need a reminder to come back here on a really empty stomach."

"I do love this cuisine. But I had a dilemma. Finish the burrito and leave no room for the libations? Or, box the burrito and take it with me? Easy decision. The burrito was so good, who wouldn't want seconds later! And I am not one to partake in alcohol abuse. No Sir no Ma'am. Can't do it, won't do it."
