"Small Starbucks in Salinas. Nice staff with really fast service. Limited spaces inside. Parking is easy but no driver thru"
"Coffee tastes like dishwasher. Could not find sugar or napkins. Could not get the attention of the wait staff all in all it was a dismal. The manager really needs to take control of her staff. I may be old fashioned I spent $20 for two coffees and two pieces of pastry and I really got nothing."
"I ordered the same drink I always get with no ice. It came with ice. May not seem like a big deal to many. My drink order is wrong a lot of times and some employees give me a hard time. Come on now Starbucks we pay a lot for our orders at least make them correct."
"No one acknowledged me when I stood in the pick up line. There was no attendant there and I had no idea that I was supposed to wait for somebody to come over...it wasn't busy. I went and grabbed my order and was scolded for not waiting. Sorry, but the whole point of pre-ordering is to avoid the wait and avoid close contact! And the got my order wrong; my drink was iced and I ordered a hot drink."
"Starbucks restrooms haven't been the same, ever since the new policy was implemented in 2018 only for U.S. based Starbucks. This Starbucks isn't the exception. Lately I've noticed an upscale of dirtiness, inside of this particular Starbucks restrooms. I'm constantly having to watch my step in fears of dirtying my Uggs with whatever is on the floor. Just be warned and take precautions when going inside the restrooms."
