"Stars are for the location being convenient close by my place, but I would push myself to go to Ben Holt Dr for better service. But when I don’t have time, I would give this a try to see if I’ll get a better service this time and give it a chance. However, these young kids doesn’t know how to be a little polite and lack on customer service One time Steph were just rushing us so much that didn’t even have us all that we need. Even forget an item and we couldn’t go back due to our time. Just 10 min ago I went to drive through and want to load my apps for 20$ and handed her cash. Then Jas said she already charged me the cash. Didn’t even gave me a receipts. Both times they would be laughing out of the situations. It almost feels like they are bullying bec like we have no choice and can’t do anything about it. I just didn’t have enough time and didn’t want to hold line of the drive through. I just hope they can be trained better or be moved elsewhere."

"11/2/2023 Arrived 3:50 am to get in line for Starbucks release. Employees arrived 10- 15 minutes later. Employee brought a friend (came in same car) and allowed the friend to purchase cups before open doors to public. Let friend out back door after purchase. Others employee also purchased new release cups before opening doors to public. When I was able to enter establishment all Stanley collaborations were gone. Why even put them out if public will have no chance at purchasing them? Big waste of time and very poor decisions made by employees. This needs to be addressed immediately. I have pictures and video of these cups on the shelves the night before. This is why I showed up early."

"There were 6 employees and 1 manager present. 1 person ahead of us. Pikes place coffee was luke warm. Server wrote on the lid with a marker that smelled so unpleasant that we had to remove the lids (good thing the coffee wasn’t hot!). It took over 10 minutes to get a burrito, egg bites and a not warmed up pumpkin bread… attitude from 3 employees when we asked for the bread (that was supposed to be heated) and explained to them they were taking too long. Though the drive through was busy, only 1 person came inside while we were waiting. Staff was not welcoming. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience."
