"The young lady was all alone at the store but she did her best to help the customers...she shouldn't have been there all alone so I have nothing but praise for her service but the delivery was supposed to take two days n later found out fed ex had some problems n it would take 3 extra days..I wasn't impressed...I never had that problem w other stores...they better get a.more reliable delivery system. This was the store on San Rafael on Bellam st"
"Great service and a nice new store. I’m happy they finally opened an Autozone here! I got new wiper blades and they helped me find the silicone ones and installed them for me. I ended up getting some cleaning wipes and it was still less than I thought it would cost just for the wipers."
"Poor phone service. Called and asked if I could give them a part number and the woman I was speaking with refused to check the part number without asking me year make model trim and engine size and wether it was 4wd or not. This seems like auto parts for dummies. I already had the part number! Also they currently have no overnight service, so the part I needed, while in stock at nearby stores, takes 6 days to come thru the postal service. There are better established auto parts dealers in town that provide better customer service and have better availability at this time."
