The work they did on my car was amazing- can’t even tell it was rear ended- looks better than new! On top of that they even gave me a ride back to my house when I dropped my car off and then DELIVERED the car to my house after it was ready in just a few days. 10/10 customer service!"

"I can only speak for my experience but this place was the only auto body shop in Napa that took me in when I needed work done and was extremely quick. They were able to get me in within a week of my inquiry while every other shop told me they wouldn’t get me in for a couple months. I did have to go back due to a sensor being left on but it took no more than 5 minutes for them to fix it and I went on my way. My car looks perfect and fresh off the lot again. Also took my car to Honda for a different service afterwards and they said my car looked and drove perfect! Happy with the work done. Thanks Albert and team!"

"PLEASE got somewhere other than this place. They are horrible. They are incompetent. They lack attention to detail. They had my car for over a month and when I went to pick it up even the simple things I asked were not fixed. Their entire company lacks attention to detail. My car should have been totaled due to frame damage but because I was a woman they thought they could just make it look pretty and send me on my way with a blown strut and frozen shock I noticed immediately driving out of there facility. When I went back and pointed out the errors in my alignment report they said have my husband or boyfriend come down and we will explain to him what we did. I had to finally tell them they were done “trying” to make my car right. They lacked the ability to do that. When I got my car back it had compound spray all over it, dog poop from their shop dog and dirty shoe prints in the car. They didn’t reattach my roof rack properly and my car STILL has pock marks in the paint. I was told the manager Jesus would be personal handling my car and updating me every step of the way. I had to track my car only to find out it was at my tire shop. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Go to precision auto body or soscol auto body."

"Wire hanging out of my door, rattling loose bumper cover from loose screws, interior bolt cap missing, and now my driver side window doesn't roll down all the way (they gave it back to me knowing this problem). Just doesn't seem like they put any care into anything. Nice customer staff but wouldn't recommend anyone to send their cars to thoes mechanics."
