"Plastic on seat, paper floor mat and service number all left in car for me to remove and walk around service center to locate a trash receptacle. Dash screen also not returned to place where I keep it and am familiar. On the positive, Jeannette in reception was helpful and friendly."
"Generally I have had good experiences with this dealership’s service department. This last visit was for an oil change and I had an appointment. Unfortunately it was a 3 1/2 wait which I was not prepared for. The point of having an appointment was so I would not have to wait so long as compared to just walking in. I would have appreciated a heads up so that I could have either rescheduled or made other arrangements."
