"I got into an accident on Sept 4 2022, got it towed to them on Sept 5. They parked my Tacoma, unlocked, in there front gated lot. They didn't look at it at all until Sept 29, when they called me to see if I picked it up. No. It was STOLEN. Someone cut the lock on fence and shut the internet down, so the Ring Cameras did not work that whole weekend on the 18 of September. But didn't notice it until they called me. They and the insurance company and claims reps have been short and rude with me and didn't return calls. My truck got recovered a month later more damaged. This is all true from the police report. Insurance company says its not they're responsibility and not liable. One word, NEGLIGENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL."
