"This place has the worst customer service ever. My friend ordered a pizza bagel, and she was asked if she wanted pepperoni and couldn’t understand because the only worker there had a thick accent and we weren’t able to understand her. My friend doesn’t eat meat, and she didn’t understand that the lady had put pepperoni on her bagel, and we asked her to kindly take it off. She said she would still charge us for the pepperoni even though we were asking her to remove it. Then she started yelling at us, saying that she asked us if we wanted pepperoni and that she’d still charge us. She was furious and angry and was being very rude. We said we didn’t understand her the first time and don’t understand why we’re being charged. Don’t go to this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food."
