"It's embarrassing, how can they serve you half a cup of coffee when you paid for a full one. I was dissatisfied with my drink, I asked for a remake and the barista,manager and cashier refused to remake it because “that’s how they were trained to make the drink” i thought the starbucks policy is that if you’re dissatisfied with your drink, you can ask for a remake with no issues. employees really need some training and attention. And the worst thing of all is that none of the three baristas offered me any solution, or a refund. I wouldn't leave any stars if I could"
"The location is wrong. If you follow the google maps, look on the other side of the road to locate this place. It’s in the frontof Home depot. Overall the service is very similar to other Starbucks locations."
"Second time we have stopped at the new location. Service is horrible! Place is a mess. Servers have no idea what they are doing. And today the are out of “Mocha” for your drink. The old small location was much better. We won’t stop again. We will stop at the one down the street. Sad!!"
"My stop n go place for Homedepot and REI visits. Attaching their timing. They are not open for late evenings(beyond 7:00pm) and on Sunday not after 6:30pm."
