"The worst Starbucks ever. If you use physically challenged and have to use the bathroom, they will rush you up out of there by continuously knocking. Once was fine, but knocking three different times knowing that I'm up in there. I wouldn't come here again... Guaranteed. Rude."

"This store is terrible the franchise doesn’t spend money or something always out of sleeves always out of drink toppings this is the holiday season with many seasonal drinks and always out they always blame it on everyone one one but other neighboring Starbucks have it why"

"I placed my order on the Starbucks app at this store for 2 drinks and 2 food items. My pick up time was after 9am. When I arrived only 1 drink and 2 food items were ready and an empty cup with the app sticker was there. When I asked about the empty cup, I was told they were out of the Breakfast Tea. I was frustrated and asked why it wasn't marked out, on the app? I was told they just ran out. I said I wanted a refund. I went to the register where a white girl with straight red hair asked me how I paid. I told her I used the app and asked her did she need to scan my app. She said yes. After she had scanned it, she said in a condescending tone, there you go just like nothing happened. I replied, now I have to go another Starbucks. She said sorry, and again with a condescending tone said have a nice day. I then said with anger, check your inventory. I never used any inappropriate words while in the store. I was wearing a mask the entire time so I generally speak louder when wearing one. I will never set foot in this Starbucks ever again."

"This Starbucks is located right off Fremont Boulevard. It is pretty convenient except it does not have a drive-through. This location is awesome because it’s right by the high school and middle school a parent stream and a student stream as well. The only big complaint that I have with this location is that it is very dirty at times. I am not sure it’s even safe to have my drink or food item, I know that this location is very busy but maybe they just need to get someone to help with clean up I’ve never seen it quite so bad as today and I understand about short staffing so my stars don’t go to the staff that are actually making the drinks because they’re working our butts off. My review mostly goes to management and the people who aren’t in there, it’s hiring department that wants to keep a low budget and cut ends. Hire a good cleaning staff."

"The quality of my drink is always inconsistent. I switched from a hot beverage to cold brew because I figured it was impossible to mess up and I'm still having the same issue...very frustrating. Unfortunately I order through a delivery app and can't bring this issue up in person. See images below, the drinks are a day apart and the only difference was I ordered whip cream the day before however, it wasn't even added to my drink, hence the lid that was used. I hope this issue is resolved with a review of how to make make the beverages."
