"OK, it was a Sunday afternoon. The place is busy ... Overheard it they were 11 minutes behind. But then the food prep person sneezes a bunch of times and goes right back to food prep... No passing GO or the wash station. Waiting and waiting as a dozen items are prepped and held behind the counter for over 5 minutes and then brought out en masse. My order still not out... Oh checked in with the food prep associate again and lo and behold, they found my order sitting on the counter. ... Lost the tag I guess ... Said oh here is an egg bite--it should be yours. Mine and quite cold by then... Need a bit of management oversight please ... P. S. Safeway in the same shopping center has a Starbucks. No line, and clearly run professionally."

"Starbucks has consistently been a delightful experience for me. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. What amazes me the most is their ability to remember my name, even though my last visit was a whopping 8 months ago. This level of personalized service truly sets them apart. Speaking of treats, my personal favorites at Starbucks are the Pink Drink, coffee cake, and Impossible sandwich. The Pink Drink is a refreshing and delicious beverage that always hits the spot. Pair it with their delectable coffee cake, and you have yourself a winning combination. And let's not forget the Impossible sandwich, a plant-based option that satisfies even the most discerning taste buds. Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks - Bancroft for its friendly staff, inviting ambiance, and mouthwatering menu options. Whether you're looking for a quick caffeine fix or a place to unwind, Starbucks delivers an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back for more."

"They have bags of used coffee grounds, presumably for people to take for their garden. I love the round building, it's very unique. They have very limited seating inside and no outlets on the outside as far as I'm aware, so this is probably not the place to do your work. Great place for a hangout though because the water fountain drowns out the sound of traffic. This is my favourite Starbucks to go to when I just want to hang out somewhere."

"Really pretty Starbucks with waterfalls in the pond and a bridge to get to the entrance. Nice patio seating - indoor seating wasn’t available when I was there. The nitro cold brew was not my favorite. I enjoy their pre made snack boxes!"

"This Starbucks is somewhat hidden and since it doesn’t resemble what we normally think a Starbucks will look like, it’s easy to miss. The building has six sides with a wooden walkway and deck leading to the front door. The walkway goes over a large fountain that is noisy but just manages to drown out traffic sounds. Most of the seating is outside though there are a few spots inside. Because the building is so small, I don’t know where the bathrooms are located. However, I usually focus on getting coffee at Starbucks rather than peeing so the bathrooms offsite aren’t an issue. Oh yes, the service is good and the coffee is the same as every other Starbucks so for this shop, five stars."
