"Overall, it was a good experience. My wife was the one that took our truck in for service. The staff was friendly and one of the owners was super kind to our puppies and held a cup of water for them to drink from. I am a bit disappointed though that there were greasy hand prints on both front fenders of our truck. I would have thought they’d put some fender covers or something in place to avoid this. It appears as though they didn’t. Given that the truck is black, it’s difficult to see if there are any more marks on the fenders."

"Horrible experience starting from service to communication and no regard to safety or resolving issues. Started several months ago w/MCconnell Chevrolet just before the new ownership. Same staff remains as a side note. I have been taking my 2020 Tahoe in every 5000 miles for service and every time requesting to have the tires checked, being advised each time they were in good condition. I ended up in an accident at which point I was told the inside tread was so bald I was lucky I did not have a blowout resulting in a very serious accident. I was advised the lack of tread was also most likely making my vehicle stop slower than it should. Obviously my tires were not being checked appropriately and with no regard to safety. I have paperwork to include the 45000 mile service two weeks prior. Upon hearing this, MCconnell was going to reimburse my tire cost according to Martin the Service Mngr (the week of the new ownership change). After the ownership change I left numerous messages and Martin ghosted me after stating he would be following up. Then I happened to be cold called with an offer from a sales rep to purchase my vehicle at which point I advised him of my story and my distrust. He and another sales rep on speaker phone advised me an owner would be calling me back and again ghosted me and I was never called back. Then again this week another cold call from another sales rep offering to buy my vehicle and this rep couldn't even handle the story and he decided to advise me that Martin was in Service and he was in Sales and that was not his Department, he actually hung up on me. The staff has not changed. The service has not changed. I was very happy with what I thought was good service, what I thought was keeping me safe behind the wheel of my vehicle, and what I could trust. I work hard for the money I spend and I also wanted to trust this new company especially as a small town business. I'm afraid now I cannot do that. I have given it numerous chances and been very patient. Martin has photos, emails, and voicemails. Sales has my story and all have decided to ghost/ignore me instead of doing the right thing."
