"Sadly after nearly a decade of taking our cars to Pete's, my mother and I will no longer be doing business with these folks. Their rates have gone up significantly to $157.71 per hour and they did not disclose this rate or the number of hours it would take for the brake and sway bar job in either the estimate or the final bill, just the grand total. I find this practice to be deceptive and although they have been honest in the past, the practice of hiding important numbers until the job is done doesn't sit right with me. $1025 for labor on this job was incredibly high so I can no longer recommend this shop to anyone in the area."
