Pieology Pizzeria Cochrane Plaza, Morgan Hill

"I work close by so I tend to stop by once or twice a month. Every visit has been quite pleasant. The pizza is delicious & the people are great. I highly recommended it. Kudos to Marta for always taking care of me. Once again highly suggest it. You won't be disappointed."

"We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Saturday and they were closing the dining room already which felt strange. I attempted to use a coupon from a local high school fundraiser I had purchased and the staff didn't know how to apply it. The pizza was already made so we paid full price and left."

"To start with I love Pieology and their pizza and I love in most cases their customer service but today I must say I will no longer eat at the morgan hill Pieology pizzeria on Cochran I took my daughter there for lunch today, and the young man behind the counter, didn’t say a word when it was my time to order, but he gave me a death stare, which I assumed he was waiting for me to order so I did, and he continued to give me the stare down so I assumed again that he was waiting for my daughter to order so she ordered and you continue to stare us down as if he was very angry at us very uncomfortable situation. He wasn’t wearing any gloves, he turns around he walks through the doorway and out of sight in about five minutes later walks back with two pieces of dough in his hand, it look like he just peeled off the floor. I don’t know then he just kept looking over at us with this like angry stare never said a word, but you could tell that he was not happy about where he was Making everybody around him very uncomfortable, and unhappy to be there so at this point, not trusting in what he might’ve done behind that doorway with that dough he could have spit on, it, threw it on the floor who knows but I wasn’t going to eat that food after that so my daughter and I turned around and walked out and on the way I suggested to that young man that he find another job that’s more suited to him like mopping floors, where he doesn’t have to deal with customer service. It is not in the best interest of Pieology to put people at the counter to deal with customers and treat them this way. I will never go back there , terrible terrible customer service if I was the manager or owner of Pieology this particular one I would look at the date of this review go back and look at the time cards to see who worked and it’s a young man probably in his maybe late teens or early20s at best working with a young lady Now she on the other hand had a very good customer service attitude although we did not work with her she was working with the customer in front of us anyway never going back there again"

"Me and my bf were in for his work and when he got back we wanted Pizza so we went here, looking forward to the customized pizzas. We entered and the place only had 3 customers in line and the place wasn't busy. 2 employees were behind the counter and when it was our turn, this lady was EXTREMELY rude. She rudely asked my bf what he wanted and if "is that it?" And I was right next to him and was very much not acknowledged until my bf mentioned I also wanted one. Not even the worst part it just gets worse. She was rushing us by asking rudely if there was anything else and laughed at my bf for ASKING A QUESTION about sauces. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. When my bf was paying and didn't tip her cuz of her rude service, she went back to get the ranch cup he ordered and my bf heard her say "stupid @ss kid". I'm sorry but that's very unacceptable and I will not go back. It was supposed to be a day for a chill after lunch meal not from being attacked. Not gonna mention names."

"The dining room was closed, but we were able to eat outside, so that's a plus. The workers were very friendly and put a ton of toppings on the pizzas, so I can't complain about that ;) I do think that they are the best of the "fast fire" pizza places."
