"My usual place to order pizza, quick yet sometimes the pizza could be undercook. And one time I ordered the chocolate lava cake and they gave me cookies instead, I called to ask about the wrong item they said they knew it and sorry that they don’t have lava cakes at the moment, so they basically changed my order without asking , I said the cookies were cheaper than the lava cakes from the app, I need the difference back, the staff said NO it’s the same price at their store ! I contacted customer service , no one seems to care. If you run out of an item, either refund or ask if the customer wants other alternative item. Bad customer service!"
"Unprofessionalism and rude service. Ricky, the manager, is rude. How do you hang up on a customer because you didn’t deliver my food with the 2-mins timeframe. Don’t do car side pickup because you’ll be waiting for 5-7 mins and they’ll stop the timer before the 2-mins Domino’s guarantee your food to be handed to you. This location is constantly going down and down. Domino’s needs to do something about their management and hiring process"
