"Self checkout menu that isn't always easy to navigate, and I thought I placed the order but it didn't process. Not their fault but had to go back in line and reorder after waiting for 10 min, oops Matcha was decent, but didn't seem like they are focused on preparing it as some of the smaller shops do (didn't bamboo whisk for example)"

"Only tried the Black Sugar milk tea and organic milk with boba here (Occasionally with the salted cheese foam) during the many times I’m in the area. Always consistent and good. The only thing I would complain is that price is pretty steep for this drink."

"Hands down one of my top 3 favorite milk tea places in the Bay Area. Their potted plant option sounds gimmicky, but it adds a nice dimension of flavor to whatever you get it on. The tea itself is clean tasting and very smooth. The jellies are soft and have a nice texture. Inside is clean and well designed. Overall, a great place for drinks."

"Got regular milk tea, milk tea potted plant and matcha latte potted plant and all were good. The boba is a great texture and taste. The drinks themselves were all not too sweet and you caould actually taste the tea but it wasn't overwhelming. The potted plant drinks are just too cute!"
