"No problem with the pizza, it's the young lady who helped us that was the issue. Never made eye contact, never spoke, acted like she didn't hear us. It was the most uncomfortable exchange I've ever had in a restaurant. I thought maybe she was hearing impaired but when my daughter questioned why she was being so rude, she continued to ignore us and then looked up and stated in a snide manner that she was writing something down! I think I'll stick to the one in The Veranda."
"Like a pizza salad bar. Build your own pizza. You select, they put it together. They have a pizza menu too - I picked 'Jasper' and added 3 more toppings. First time here. The pizza and the ingredients were very good! I will be back."
"I had a order and went to pick this up at the estimate time and it wasn’t ready. After 25 minutes waiting I asked the employee how long it would take still and I asked him to at least check if my pizza was being baked already. He was super rude and said that he was not going to check it and for me to cancel my order. And it was what I did. So disappointed."
"Tasty pizza! Quick service. Consistently good. Love trying different pizzas each time. Fun atmosphere. Plenty of space to sit, relax and enjoy your meal. They also have salad options and alternative crusts (cauliflower). Bonus: they have pebble ice!"
"We have been coming here for a few years now. The food is typically fresh but the service is always spotty and there are times when the finished pizza is not so great depending on who makes it for you. Pizzas need to be made with love but some workers treat it more like an assembly line. Like last night, I asked for a bit more cheese because the guy dropped a tiny amount right in the middle and refused to spread it out. Then got super stingy with the vegetables so once it was cooked, there were bald spots all over the pizza. It’s not always like this but it does happen more than I like. And yet, we keep coming back but I’d come here more if the service was consistently better."
