"I called to get an alignment because my mechanic recommended them. WORST IDEA EVER! Not only was the counter guy very short with us when we came in, he just said keys with his hand out, they didn't call to tell us they found issues that stopped them from doing the work we went in for, they also parked our vehicle under the Osprey nest in their lot. We get there to pick up the vehicle to have it covered in bird poop, and ALSO he gives us no estimate for the work our vehicle would need. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back.
