"This review is for product quantity alone. I'm not entirely sure if all Starbucks are like this ( this particular location is my go-to) but I'll keep an eye out now. Today my cup felt lighter than usual. Sure enough there was less matcha latte than usual. Definitely a bummer. I'll have to ask if this was a one off or are all drinks being under poured now."

"Mandy? (tall with brown hair i think) was so rude for no reason this morning. It took her several minutes to even acknowledge us at the register, and looked so mad for doing her job. She didn’t even look like she wanted to be there, which I get, but there’s no reason to be rude and have an attitude with customers. All the other baristas welcomed us in though and were so nice, but Mandy really ruined it."
