"AVOID ANDREA!!!! I wanted to order a family meal through Uber eats and everything had chicken and I am vegetarian. I called ahead to ask if I could have the meat removed. A woman was giving extreme attitude. She was yelling at me and left me on hold. A few minutes later a guy came on the line and he was saying the same thing but he was but actually nice until she RUDELY interrupted him midway and was giving me attitude again. She called my diet EXTREME!!! I’m sorry for following my religion and sorry for being a minority with different values. And I understand that they can’t accommodate me and my culture. It’s just this woman’s attitude and condescension that bothers me. I called again to ask for her name, her name is Andrea. I told my friend about what happened and she knew this woman and remembered her throwing bread at polite kids when they forgot to give them bread on the side."
"Food was great. I ordered a sandwich and a drink to go. Placed an order online at 11:10 am, came to pick up at 11:25 because it was supposed to be ready at that time. I guess they only put me in line at 11:25. Anyway I waited in the line with other people who ordered right there and it was ready at 11:55. 45 minute wait is quite long for a sandwich. “ORDER AHEAD ON OUR APP & SKIP THE LINE!” they say. I guess not at this location, I won’t be back."
"One of our kid's favorite restaurants to stop at since they know the menu and love their chicken soup in a bread bowl. This was the nicest, cleanest Panera we've ever been too. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly and accurate. We didn't even have to wait when kids went for a second order of the soup. Will definitely visit again."
