"VERY DISAPOINTED. Reading so many positive reviews, I feel that I must have the wrong company??? Ordered through a local youth football organization since they were raising money for the program. Was told that the order would be in around June 7th. ONE MONTH and 10 days later the order came in, HOWEVER was missing two items, it said on the shipping form that I would be contacted and refunded my money for the missing items. It is now July 21st, I have called twice, emailed three times and no response as to my refund or replacement of missing items. No call back, no email. Again with all the positive reviews I am stumped. Anyone?"
"I placed an order in november 2020. It is coming up on march 2021 and I have yet to receive it. Every time I call they tell me it shipped saturday or it shipped thursday. Monday will be the 7th time I have called cause my hoody still has not arrived. I will never use this place again"
