"My mobile order was made wrong and getting a replacement felt like I needed to get an act of congress. Even though I immediately called to state my issue, they said, "Come back, we'll remake it". I said I was already on the frwy. And I would come back by the following day. The clerk took my name ( supposedly). I was told no problem. But it was a problem."

"I come to this location frequently and everyone has always been amazing as well as the coffee. My recent experience however makes me never want to come back. I will instead drive the extra distance to go to a location where I am treated with respect. Dessi is a terrible barista and lacks every bit of social awareness. If she is having a bad day be prepared for her to take it out on you. This is the second time I have had to deal with this lady and I am over it. It is such a shame that one person can ruin such a great establishment. I wasn’t sure on how to use my Starbucks points and when I asked for help she would talk over me saying that I need to COMMUNICATE in the snarkiest tone. If I had a dollar for every time this girl talked over me to say I need to communicate then it would have paid for my $6 coffee. Seriously ridiculous and embarrassing on her part that such a minor inconvenience would make her want to pick a fight. All I wanted was my coffee and not a lecture on communication skills from a girl who doesn’t know how to talk when it’s her turn."

"I don't care that there's a boycott for Starbucks. The people that work here are great and they don't deserve to be hurt because of the company they work for. The drinks are great. Food is great. Service is awesome. I come here all the time and I've never had a bad experience."

"Drive thru moves quickly most days. Lobby is clean and the baristas are friendly. My mobile orders are always made promptly and are usually ready right before I show up."

"This Starbucks is great. It has comfortable sittings and lots of outlets to charge your phone. I haven’t gone at Starbucks for a long time and I ordered the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and was wondering why it’s taking too long.. I went and asked and they forgot, they also literally put “drive-through” even though I have ordered inside. For this service, I give this Starbucks a 1 star. I even gave $1 tip for a $4+ coffee and I got a very horrible service— which made me realize that it’s not worthy to tip in the future and I will only tip if I get a good service.. otherwise, people can just do whatever they want even if you treat them good. Not worthy. Thanks for teaching me a lesson. The place, however, is designed beautifully. The atmosphere is great. It’s also nearby Costco and In-N-Out which is why we visited this place on our trip. Next time, I’ll use the drive through or just order on my app— if there will ever be a next time. My rating overall is 11/15 which is 73%. So 3.65 stars. However, I just rate it 3 instead of 4 because of the service."
