"Arrived 45 minutes before opening on the holiday cup day. 5 minites before opening, we watched the barista's come up to the cup stand and start taking ALL the limited edition cups off-the-shelf. Once they opened the baristas played it off like nothing. One barista pretended to look in a box to see if they had any. They were called out by customers and stated they were able to reserve any and all cups if they wanted. Extremely poor customer service for starbucks to release limited edition cups only to be sold directly to store employees before opening and not to actual customers."
"I waited in my car at this Starbucks location for 45 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me when I entered. I mentioned this to the drive through person and he could not have cared less. Visited on 6/9/23 at noon. I don't recommend this location."
