"This semi- bad review is only for the fact that more often I have been getting my iced coffee with WAAYYYY too much ice in it. Today I got one and the entire thing is full of ice and I got about 4 sips out of before it was gone. I’ve tried asking for less ice and they just fill it with more creamer and it’s taste like a cup of creamer. Other than that though I really like this location. It’s very clean, the staff are always nice and friendly and I’ve never gotten a wrong order."

"Stopped in to grab a cappuccino and some snacks with an ice tea, and Finali helped me. She was so nice and provided amazing customer service. This Starbucks is so nice and has a very positive vibe. Highly recommended"
"This Starbucks often has friendly staff who genuinely try to do right by the customers. This is a busy establishment so often times it’s very busy around 7:30am, 12:00pm and 6:30pm. Occasionally staff have gotten my drink order wrong, but if you mention it even if it’s the next day they likely will make it right."
"When the campground I booked didn’t come through on their promise that I’d have power to work remotely, Starbucks in McKinleyville had my back. Their hospitality was amazing and immensely appreciated. Top notch team here, Thank you!!"
