"A service dog was behind the counter during a staff meeting belong to a staff member, jumping up, putting paws on food prep counters. Also when we walked in this same service dog growled at my dad's small Chihuahua service dog."

"Great staff always get my order right. Update on 11/13/23 My son found some foil from where someone was smoking drugs in the bathroom. The time before there was a lady in the drive through yelling at an employ for free food and they gave her free food so she would leave and she kept on yelling at them until she dropped it all and then walked away when the police showed up. 2 weeks before that Me and my family were eating dinner and a homeless man came in stood in line for a minute than He sat down at the booth Beside us foaming at the mouth and muttering to himself and after a few minutes and after not ordering anything he stood and his bare butt cheeks was exposed. I know it's Burger King but come on I expect a little better. The foil in the toilet was the final strike for me. I will never go back."

"This place is always understaffed and seems to turn over workers faster than any fast food restaurant I've ever seen. They're frequently out of many things and the short staff makes everything take a long time. The staff always seems to be trying their best despite the circumstances. Try ordering from the app for in-store pickup about 15-20 minutes in advance to get your food in a reasonable time frame. All of the problems look like upper management problems. This franchise needs to be investigated by BK corporate, they are tarnishing the company's reputation."
